This training aims to provide participants with the fundamental principles and approaches for the systematic evaluation of process changes and the analysis of risks associated with those changes. Participants will gain an understanding of the key steps of the Management of Change (MOC) process and acquire a general perspective on the establishment and implementation of an MOC system.
