Day 2 – Methodologies and Approaches

• What-if and Checklist methodologies
• Fundamentals of the HAZOP methodology (guidewords, deviations, cause-and-effect approach, scenario generation, and risk identification)
• Overview of other analysis techniques such as LOPA, FTA, ETA, and FMEA
• Comparison of different methodologies and their areas of application
• Practical PHA study (workshop)
